Warranty Exclusions:
Products that contain petroleum distillates or solvents such as waxes, soaps, polishes, protective coatings, and ceramic coatings, as well as damages from fuel spills, lack of maintenance, environmental conditions, abrasion, loss of gloss, man-made scratches and cracks, incorrect maintenance methods, or any other damages by a third party are NOT covered under warranty. These changes are considered normal wear and tear.

Additional factors that may reduce the durability of the product series include surface texture, surface preparation, cleaning & maintenance, and application method.

Matte Finished Materials:
Matte finished materials may experience extreme color and gloss shifts when exposed to cleaners, wax, and polish. The end user is entirely responsible for ensuring that matte finishes are not affected during cleaning or protecting. It is recommended to test an inconspicuous area before using any cleaners, wax, or polish.

CYS Platinum Series Products:
CYS platinum series products have virtually no orange peel on themselves. However, different brands of vehicles and their OEM paint quality may affect the vinyl, potentially causing orange peel to occur over time. Orange peel occurrence on the films/vehicle/watercraft is not covered under warranty.

Warranty Duration:
The term of CYS Platinum’s warranty is 3-4 years and CYS Premium’s warranty is 2-3 years.

Durability is defined as the period during which the product is expected to perform satisfactorily. This assumes that the film is stored and installed correctly, and applied in vertical exposure conditions by zone as defined in the lists below.

Pricing and Taxes:
The price includes the cost of the product only. Local importing taxes and other potential exclusions are not covered and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Times:
For products that are in stock, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 14 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Out of Stock Items:
If a product is not in stock, we will notify the client as soon as possible once new stock is available. If the client has made a order and wishes a refund. They are given the option to receive a 100% refund.

Discount Codes:
Discount codes can be applied during the checkout process.
