CYS Shipping Policies
Canada
Shipping of vinyl orders are not included in all of our prices for continental Canada.
When buying TOOLS and/or CARE PRODUCTS without a vinyl purchase, these do not qualify for free shipping. An extra flat fee shipping charge will be added at checkout. TAXES are not charged by us for USA orders but for delivery of PPF, Platinum or Premium Series (CYS) wraps you may be charged Duty and/or Taxes and a small customs handling fee when it arrives as it is shipped by air from the factory direct from China. The shipping company will charge you if there is any duties/taxes assessed by customs and you have to pay before they make final delivery. If it is assessed it has to be paid. If you don't pay it you will not receive the package and we will have to pay the duty/tax to the government and have it returned to us. In this case we will deduct this fee and any other costs incurred by us (such as shipping costs) before any refunds are made.
PROCESSING & SHIPMENT OF YOUR VINYL OR PPF ORDERS IS DONE MONDAY TO FRIDAY ONLY.
All orders have 2 to 5 business days of processing time (cutting & packaging, labeling, etc.), but we strive to process all vinyl or ppf orders as soon as possible and get it shipped out. Processing time is calculated from the same day of purchase when it is bought before 1pm EST; purchases after 1pm EST is counted from the next business day (Saturday & Sunday are not counted). Any orders from Friday 1pm until end of Sunday EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be counted from the following Monday. We strive to do it as soon as possible depending on the volume of vinyl wrap orders.
SHIPPING TIMES OF YOUR VINYL WRAP FILM ORDER VARY DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION.
In total your item may take up to 7-14 business days (1.75weeks) to arrive. All US shipments are sent by air or ground shipping and service. Free shipping times are not guaranteed either by CYS nor the shipping/parcel companies. The above mentioned delivery times are estimates from our experience and we can't guarantee any shipping times nor arrival dates.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Clients outside of Canada will get their shipments in 8 to 15 business days depending on their location. There is no expedited service available for international vinyl film shipments as it is already going by air. We do not charge tax or VAT on orders shipped outside of Canada.
You are responsible to pay duties, handling fees and any other applicable taxes when your vinyl wrap package arrives to your country. We don’t charges taxes nor duties when you make a purchase on our website.
If the system does not calculate your shipping rate automatically or lists your location as unavailable, email us for a shipping quote with the vinyl or ppf style, color and size you want with your full address with postal code included.
CYS Canada Return Policy
Canadian Domestic Returns
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
- Eligible Products: Unopened, unused products in original packaging with all seals intact
Condition Requirements:
- Product boxes must be unopened and unused
- Original packaging must be undamaged and in resalable condition
- All protective seals, labels, and wrapping must remain intact
- Products must not show signs of installation attempts or handling beyond initial inspection
Return Process:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery
- Provide order number and reason for return
- Receive return authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions
- Ship product back within 14 days of receiving RA number
- Refund processed within 7-10 business days after inspection
Return Shipping:
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs unless product is defective or shipped in error
- We recommend using tracked, insured shipping methods
- CYS Canada is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns to cover handling and inspection costs
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened film products or boxes with broken seals
- Custom-ordered or special-order items
- Products showing signs of installation or use
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
Refund Method: Original payment method (credit card refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on statement)
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately. Defective items may be exchanged or refunded without restocking fees when reported within 30 days and verified by our quality team.
USA Returns
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
- Eligible Products: Unopened, unused products in original packaging with all seals intact

- Use tracked, insured shipping (UPS, FedEx, or USPS recommended)
- CYS Canada not liable for return shipments lost in transit
Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee applies
Customs & Duties: Customer responsible for any customs fees, duties, or brokerage charges incurred during return process. These fees are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products
- Custom orders
- Installation-attempted items
- Final sale merchandise
International Returns
- Return Window: 30 days from delivery date
- Eligible Products: Unopened, unused products in original packaging only
Return Process:
- Contact international support team for return authorization
- Obtain RA number and return shipping instructions
- Customer arranges and pays for all return shipping
- Refund issued within 10-14 business days after inspection
Important International Considerations:
- Customer responsible for ALL return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees (both directions)
- International return shipping fees are typically high; please verify costs before returning
- Any customs duties, taxes, or fees paid during original delivery are non-refundable
- We strongly recommend purchasing insurance for return shipments
- CYS Canada is not responsible for items lost, seized, or damaged during international return transit
Restocking Fee: 20% restocking fee applies to international returns due to additional handling requirements
Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened or used products

- Products showing installation attempts
- Final sale items
Currency: Refunds issued in original transaction currency. Exchange rate fluctuations are customer's responsibility.
Warranty vs. Returns
- Manufacturing Defects: Covered under manufacturer warranty (separate from return policy). Contact us with photos and description for warranty evaluation.
- Installation Issues: Not covered under return policy. Professional installation recommended.
- Color Variation: Slight variations between digital images and physical product are normal and not grounds for return once opened.
