CYS CANADA DOES NOT WARRANTY THE REMOVABILITY FROM THE FOLLOWING SUBSTRATES:

CYS CANADA excludes warranties for surfaces where paint poorly adheres to the underlying material, pre-existing graphics that are intended to remain undamaged (with potential harm to these graphics upon film removal), improperly cured paint, substrates that have become oxidized or chalked, and stainless steel.

CYS CANADA DOES NOT GRANT NO WARRANTY FOR:

CYS CANADA explicitly disclaims warranties related to vehicle paint staining that might be observed after removing materials that have either cracked or discolored. They also do not guarantee the ease or speed of removing any graphics, nor do they cover removal from automotive paint older than five years, paint that has not been properly cured, or aged paint or metals that show signs of oxidation or chalking. It's the responsibility of the user to test and accept liability for these specific applications. Additionally, CYS does not provide warranties for saltwater marine applications or any marine applications below the waterline.

Warranty Registration:

Certified Dealer, Installer, or Distributor are required to register warranty information for customers on CYS official website (www.cys-films.com) within 15 days after the film is being installed, the warranty will take effect after registration on the website. Warranty Claim:

Our Warranty only applies when installation is performed by our Certified Dealers, Installers or Distributors. To make a claim, please contact the Certified Dealer, Installer, or Distributor who carried out your installation at the first time and provide the warranty information. In case your Certified Dealer, Installer, or Distributor, please contact us at Info@cys-films.com. Please prepare the following information:

To process a claim, CYS CANADA requires information about the certified dealer, installer, or distributor, the date of installation, photographs of the defective parts, and a copy of the installation receipt.

Please DO NOT remove the film until it has been examined by the Certified Dealer. CYS reserves the right to not provide after-sales service to those do not meet the above conditions.

If the case falls within the scope of warranty, CYS will provide timely products for replacement, and the Certified Dealers, Installers or Distributors will provide after-sales service

Non-vertical: The face of the graphic is between 10° to 45° from vertical.

Non-vertical exposure performance will be calculated using the Horizontal exposure value
