We kindly ask you to include as much information as possible, particularly the extent of the film affected by the issue. It is crucial to indicate the specific quantity of film that was compromised.
When submitting your claim, please make sure to include the lot number found on the label of the box. This is an essential step that will assist us in processing your claim more efficiently.
Additionally, we request that you attach clear images that visually represent the issue at hand. This will provide us with a better understanding of the problem and will aid us in our analysis.
Once you have successfully uploaded your claim, you will receive a message from us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced and assure you that we are diligently looking into the matter. We aim to provide you with a comprehensive analysis of the issue within 14 days.
Please note that during the course of our investigation, we may reach out to you for additional information to help us better understand the issue. Rest assured, if we determine that the problem was a result of a manufacturing defect, we will promptly send you new film corresponding to the affected area.
However, we would like to clarify that we will not provide compensation for issues arising from poor installation or mishandling of the material. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this regard.
